Drawing on a range of perspectives and approaches, the workshop encourages you to identify the strategies that best align with your individual strengths, experiences and ways of thinking. Particular consideration will be given to reframing challenges, building confidence and recognising the unique qualities each person brings to their academic, professional and personal development journey.
